EV charger installation at home
We install the charger that truly fits your electric car, your home and your grid connection. Smart charging with dynamic load balancing comes as standard, so you always charge safely on the cheapest power.

EV charger installation in the Netherlands
A home EV charger (also called a wallbox or charging point) lets you charge your electric car safely and cheaply on your own driveway or in your garage. Charging at home costs roughly EUR 0.28 per kWh, compared with EUR 0.59 or more at public chargers, so a home charger usually pays for itself within 1.5 to 2.5 years.
LaadNederland installs EV chargers throughout the Netherlands, from Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague to Utrecht, Eindhoven and beyond. Every installation is carried out by a certified, recognised electrical installer to the NEN 1010 safety standard, and includes a free site check and a fixed price up front. Your local grid is managed by Liander, Stedin, Enexis or Coteq depending on your region; we take care of the technical details and any required meter box upgrade.

The right charging power for your car
The charger should match how fast your car can charge at home.
3-phase, up to 11 kW
The future-proof choice. Most modern EVs (Tesla, Kia, Volkswagen, BYD) charge 3-phase and are fully charged overnight, even after long drives.
1-phase, up to 7.4 kW
The most economical option for cars that charge 1-phase or for lighter use. Often no grid upgrade required.

Yes. As a recognised electrical installer we can upgrade or replace your meter box and main connection when that is needed for a 3-phase charger.
Dynamic load balancing measures how much power your home is using and automatically adjusts the charging speed, so your main fuse is never overloaded. It comes as standard with our installations and lets you charge on cheap night tariffs or your own solar power.
A home charger requires your own parking spot or garage. If you park on the street without a dedicated space, we can advise you on applying for a public charging point in your municipality or on charging at your workplace.
