EV charger installation near me
Short answer: yes, we almost certainly cover your address. We are based in Zwanenburg, between Haarlem and Amsterdam, and arrange installation across the Netherlands through our fixed installation partner, with certified engineers nationwide. Same fixed price, same 5-year warranty on the installation, wherever you are.
How “near me” actually works for EV charging
Installing a home charger is not a service that has to come from the next street. What matters is whether the installer is qualified for the work, carries the right insurance, and will still answer the phone in three years. An electrician 40 kilometres away who installs chargers every week is a safer choice than one around the corner who has done two.
What distance does change is the site check and the response time if something fails. That is why our fixed installation partner has engineers in the region around Zwanenburg, Zwanenburg, Halfweg, Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer, Hoofddorp, Badhoevedorp and the rest of the Amsterdam and Haarlem area, and across the rest of the country. We tell you when the engineer can come to your address before you agree to anything.
One more thing worth knowing: most faults on a modern charger are settings or connectivity, not hardware. If your charger is online, many problems can be resolved remotely through its app or management portal, which makes the distance irrelevant. If that does not work, the installer comes out.
What you get
- Certified NEN 1010 installation
- Fixed all-in price before we start
- 5-year warranty on the installation
- Free site check and advice
- Everything handled in English
No parking space of your own? Then a home charger is not the answer and we will say so. Your municipality can place a public charging point on request, and that is usually free of charge for you.
From postcode to charging, in four steps
No sales visit, no pressure. You know the price before anyone comes out.
Step 1
Tell us where you are
Send your postcode and a photo of your meter box. That is usually enough for an accurate price.
Step 2
Free site check
The cable route, the connection and anything the meter box needs are checked in advance. No charge, no obligation.
Step 3
Fixed price up front
One all-in figure, with VAT and without VAT, so there is nothing to work out afterwards.
Step 4
Installed in 1 to 2 weeks
Usually half a day's work. You charge the same evening.

Home batteries too
We also arrange home batteries, and the same rules about distance apply. Worth being honest about: a home battery does not pay for itself in every situation. With net metering ending in 2027 the sums are changing, but today a battery mainly makes sense if you have solar panels and use a dynamic energy contract.
We will tell you if the numbers do not work for your house. That costs us a sale and saves you thousands.
Installation near you
We arrange installation throughout the Netherlands. Around Zwanenburg, between Haarlem and Amsterdam, and in the rest of the country, the work is carried out by our fixed installation partner, with certified engineers across the Netherlands. The price and the guarantee are the same everywhere.
A free site check is usually scheduled within a few working days, and installation normally follows within 1 to 2 weeks. If you send a photo of your meter box with the request, we can often skip a visit and quote straight away.
Yes. The quote, the site check and the installation can all be handled in English, and you receive the paperwork in English as well. The certificate of installation is issued in Dutch, because that is the legal form, but we explain what is on it.
Prices start at EUR 1,495 including the charger, standard installation and VAT. Standard means up to 10 metres of cable and a dedicated circuit with its own earth leakage breaker. Extra cable, trenching, a mounting pole or a meter box upgrade are charged at fixed rates that are on the quote before you agree to anything.
If you rent, you need written permission from the landlord. In an apartment building the deed of division and the house rules decide what the owners' association has to approve, and that varies per building. We are not legal advisors: have it checked by your property manager, a notary or a lawyer before you commit. We are happy to supply the technical documentation they will ask for.
Every installation is carried out to NEN 1010, the Dutch standard for low-voltage installations, by qualified electricians. The installer who carries out the work gives a 5-year warranty on the installation, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the charger itself.
